Paul McGinley's first half of the BMW PGA championship at Wentworth has been better than expected. His first round was a 65, his second a 66 and, in the middle, there was a win for his beloved Celtic, writes Lewine Mair.

Paul McGinley holds a handsome four-shot lead after the second round of the BMW Championship.

World No 11 is aiming to win the BMW PGA championship at Wentworth, having lost out to Anders Hansen in a play-off 12 months ago. Lewine Mair reports from Wentworth.
